Stop overthinking it.

I'm writing this email in Seignosse, France, by hand and without AI, which has been a while.
There is a heatwave in France atm, so it's hot af.
Hopefully I'm at my gf's place, and it has an air conditioner, so it's a lifesaver.
But that's why today's email will be short:
Because I have one main message for you today.
Whatever you're currently working on atm...
Whether it's a piece of content or a new product...
Stop overthinking it.
Because I know. You know. We all know.
You're overthinking right now.
And it's costing you a lot.
Way more than just time or money.
It's costing you confidence in your ability to progress and actually make it as a creator and entrepreneur.
And when you lose that confidence, that's when you lose all drive to make it happen in the first place.
So whatever duration you allowed yourself to do what you're working on atm...
Reduce it drastically.
If you took a week to write a newsletter, try to write one in an hour.
If you planned to create your next product for a month, do it in one week.
Remove all friction. Remove all unnecessary concern.
And drastically remove the gap between thinking and execution.
Create a good enough v1, launch it, analyze the results, iterate, repeat.
Most people stagnate because they are simply too slow.
I don't want you to make the same mistake.
And don't get me wrong:
This email is also a reminder for me.
Because even with almost 10 years of online entrepreneurship experience...
I can still fall into that trap as well.
It's a reminder you need to constantly repeat.
If you're a natural overthinker, I can guarantee you that you've already thought things through enough time already.
You won't make something sloppy because you've been overthinking everything and learning your whole life deeply.
So trust your past overthinking to carry you through your next tasks.
That's all for today.
I'll be back working on my next product.
(it's gonna be fire)
See you tomorrow...
And as always, welcome back to the Ark.
