My 30-Day Daily Email Challenge: The End

In this Ark Letter, you'll learn: ↱ What I discovered during my 30-day daily email challenge and why it transformed my content creation habits ↱ The unexpected psychological benefits this challenge provides beyond just building a creative habit ↱ How this simple practice helped grow my community while teaching me the most valuable lesson about perfectionism

This is it.

We have already arrived at the end of my 30-day daily email challenge.

What a journey.

I can't realize it is already the end.

This past month went by so fast.

To be honest...

I started this challenge to get out of a slump.

After I stopped taking caffeine, I was so tired that I couldn't focus.

I stopped writing and creating content for a month...

And I wanted to get back in the zone and in the habit of creating.

That's why I remembered when I was doing daily emails on my previous business in the French market...

And I thought that I wanted to do it again, on Noah's Ark this time.

I also asked my girlfriend, who is also a content creator, to do this challenge with me...

And we both stuck to it until the end.

When you think about it, I really managed to get back up on my content creation this past month:

  • 90 tweets

  • 30 newsletters

  • 4 YouTube Videos

And we went from 432 Ark Members to 570.

So for everyone who joined the Ark and enjoyed the content...

I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Creating this community of like-minded people and providing value means the world to me.

And it's because you are reading these lines that this dream can come true.

I highly recommend anyone who is starting to try this challenge as well.

Even if nobody is reading you, this will change your life.

It will teach you so many lessons about content creation, but most importantly, about yourself.

Because it will teach you that you can.

You'll learn that you'll never run out of ideas and things to say.

That you can write and publish every day if you set your mind to it.

And it will give you a newfound confidence in your ability to create every day.

After doing this, you'll never be afraid of the blank page syndrome and having writer's block...

And one of the best lessons that this challenge will teach you:

Is the ability to overcome Perfectionism.

It will teach you to be okay to publish shorter text on some days.

To publish even when you weren't feeling particularly proud or happy about your writing.

But to do it nonetheless.

It will teach you to trust the process and your ability to improve by creating a lot,

Instead of succumbing to your fear of being judged by the world.

Because that's what perfectionism truly is:

The fear of being judged.

So overcome this fear,

Remove all the limiting barriers that prevent you from giving your gift to the world,

And then give it as much as you can every day, and I guarantee you the universe will reward you for this.

Now, what's the plan for next week ?

Well, I'll still write an Ark Digest every week to keep you updated on my journey.

And I will still take time to write every day.

As I talked in previous newsletters...

I want to experiment taking more time to polish the idea behind my newsletter as well a going through an editing phase.

This way I can have a deliberate practice on writing that involves all parts of the process:

  1. Ideation

  2. Outline

  3. Writing

  4. Editing

Always with this one goal in mind:

Becoming the best writer possible...

And create the best piece of content that'll have the most impact on my reader and ultimately, the world.

Anyway, thanks to everyone who stuck with me on this journey.

I'll see you next Monday for a new Ark Digest.

Thanks for reading this,

And welcome back to Noah's Ark.

Noah.
