The Ark Digest #39: My Biggest Launch Yet, Daily Emails Are Back & The Low-Ticket Pivot

**In this Ark Digest, you'll learn:** ↱ What I learned launching my most ambitious course ever (10+ hours, 50+ modules) and the honest numbers behind it ↱ Why I'm pivoting from one huge course to small, low-ticket products you can implement instantly ↱ Why I'm back to daily Emails & the strategy moving forward with Noah's Ark

Welcome to the 39th Episode of the Ark Digest™️.

Every week, I share the unfiltered reality of building Noah's Ark, the wins, the struggles, and the insights that emerge when building a profitable and purposeful creator business.

Inside each Digest, you'll see:

↱ Real progress updates on my current projects

↱ Raw thoughts and breakthrough moments

↱ Weekly inspiration fueling my journey

↱ Lessons you can steal for your own path

↱ Data from tracking my habits and productivity

Think of this as a direct line into my mind as I build my dream creator business, so you get inspired and motivated to progress on your own journey.

Let's begin:

1) Sovereign Creator OS Pro: Launch Debrief

First, let's talk about the launch of the Sovereign Creator OS Pro:
It's the first time I've released a course this ambitious and this big on Noah's Ark.
It's a vault with around a hundred notes, dozens of preconfigured workflows, SOPs, templates, and prompts, plus more than 50 video modules that teach you how to master your AI second brain with Claude and Obsidian.

It was genuinely the most ambitious course I've ever made in my life.
I think there are more than ten hours of content in total, so between writing, filming, and editing, it took an extremely long time to complete.
And to be honest, I'm really happy it's all behind me and that I got to do this launch.

Around ten people joined, so I'm really happy.
I expected fewer sales than on my lower-priced programs, but around ten sales is very solid for a course at 500 euros with the promo.
So that's about 5,000 euros of revenue, which feels really good.
Especially since my business brought in less money while I worked on it these past months, so a chunk of revenue coming in all at once feels great.

2) The Course Becomes My Coaching Backbone

Another big idea behind this course is that it's not just a one-time course I launch and relaunch over time.
More importantly, it's now going to be the main support for my coaching program.
That means all my future coaching clients will get this course included, giving them the entire system for building their AI second brain and a profitable business aligned with their values and lifestyle.

For me, that changes what the coaching itself is about.
Instead of focusing on teaching them how to use the system, it'll be more about how to adapt it to their needs, build their own workflows, and guide them on strategy, content, monetization, and so on.
So it's much more interesting, much higher-value work to do in the coaching.

So it was a course with a double objective.
First, to have a big pillar course that becomes one of the cornerstones of Noah's Ark, and second, to have a pillar for the coachings.
I'm really satisfied and genuinely proud of myself for what I did.
I got excellent feedback from everyone who joined the program, so I'm really happy, and it's great news.

3) Daily Emails Are Back

Now that the course is finished and behind me, I'm going to start sending daily emails again, Monday to Friday.
Every day, the goal is simple:
Bring you value.
Tips, ideas, perspectives, and even processes and workflows that help you build a profitable & purposeful creator business.
It'll always be around the same themes I cover:
Content creation, AI, Second Brain, and of course building a profitable & purposeful creator business.

I'm really excited to get back to this and to talk with you daily again.
Honestly, I missed having this daily connection with my audience.
I know a lot of people have joined (and keep joining) the list through my recent YouTube videos, and those people joined exactly when I was creating less content because I was focused on the course.
So I didn't really get the chance to build a relationship with them and bring them value.
We're going to pick that back up to rebuild this relationship and this connection.

And by the way, if you have any questions, topics, or workflows you want me to cover, just reply to this email.
Share your question or idea, and I'll turn it into an email.
Honestly, I love creating content based on what you ask me to do.
It's a way for you to get coached for free with a personalized answer, and it makes for easy content that brings a lot of value too.
So don't hesitate to reply, and I'll cover it in the coming days.

4) Burned Out and Needing Novelty

Now it's time to move on, and I'll be honest: this course completely burned me out.
Spending more than three months on the same course, the same project, talking about the same thing, is really not for me.
I don't like saying I have ADHD like everyone else, but yeah... it's genuinely not for me.

In my daily life and my business, I really need novelty and stimulation, and to work on projects that are at least somewhat different.
Even if it's always around the same domain, content creation, AI, systems, building a business around your values and your ideas, that's fine.
The worst part of building that course was basically repeating the same things 3 times between writing, recording, and then editing the modules.
So honestly, I couldn't take it anymore.
That's why last week I took a well deserved week mostly off to recover and, above all, to find some inspiration for what's next with Noah's Ark.

5) Strategy Going Forward

As for my goals and the direction of Noah's Ark for the coming weeks and months:
After working on the Sovereign Creator OS Pro inside and out, my goal now is to rebuild the relationship with you and get back to my role as a creator.
That means bringing you value, ideas, and perspectives that help you in your daily life through my emails.

And when it comes to my future products, I plan to do the exact opposite of what I've done these past months.
From now on, I'm going to create small products and small systems that don't require a big investment, that are easy to implement in your business, and that get you results instantly.

I want to create personalized AI agents you can use with Claude, with Claude Code, or any AI agent model.
They'll come with preconfigured CLAUDE.md files, workflows, and SOPs, so you can have personalized agents in each of the most important areas of your business.
I also may want to try to create practical PDF guides:
Written guides that help you learn workflows or systems you can easily pick up and implement on your own.

So I'll be doing the exact opposite of a huge course, going for small products with a lower investment instead.
The idea is to build a catalog of low-ticket products so people can easily enter my world, get value, and become clients that way.
That way I don't only have high-ticket products, and I can create a complete value ladder in my business.
And these small products give me the stimulation of working on different systems and projects instead of always doing the same thing, which is exactly what I need after three months on a single product.

By the way, feel free to let me know your opinion here too.
Like I said, I've missed your feedback, so if you can take a minute to reply, that would mean a lot.
As a creator, it's what brings me the most happiness and meaning, because it reminds me I'm not just writing to a number going up on a dashboard, but to real humans who read me and appreciate what I do.

Let me know if there are particular systems you'd like to see me cover and that will bring you value
Whether it's note-taking, content creation, products, offers, lead magnets, or any system around the second brain, AI, or your creator business, just let me know.

The first product I want to work on next is the Content OS, which would actually be several agents rather than one.
It's a system that lets you create a week of social media content in a single morning, while keeping your authenticity and unique voice, without creating stuff that smells like AI from miles away.

It would be a fleet of several agents that help you create different types of content, from newsletter to videos, reels, carousels, tweets, threads, and so on.
A kind of all-in-one package.
Again, I also design my products as resources for my future coaching clients, so when they work with me, they get all these preconfigured systems and can take action quickly.
That's the idea for now, anyway, but I'll work on that to refine it in the following day.
(Once again, your feedback would definitely help !)

Anyway, thanks for reading this 39th episode of the Ark Digest™️.
As always, I wish you the best on your own journey…
And welcome back to the Ark,
Noah.
