Welcome to this third Episode of the Ark Digest™️.
The Ark Digest™️ is a "Build-in Public" type of email where I'll share with you :
↱ My Goals & Focus for this Week
↱ My Current Thoughts & Interests
↱ My Stats from the Past Week (recorded through my data tracking system)
As well as other stuff like the music I'm listening to, recent content pieces I've read that inspired me, or the current animes I'm watching.
See this as an update email on my journey that can inspire & motivate you as you progress on your own.
Let's begin :
🐺 Current Tasks & Projects
My Current Progress with Noah's Ark
The past two weeks have been rough for the Ark.
I didn't succeed in managing freelance work, personal challenges, and new changes in my environment which resulted in me not creating and posting for two weeks.
But behind the scenes, I still created a lot of resources for you guys, especially while working with my private 1:1 Kortex Consulting Student.
I already started sharing some of them in the community, you can find 5 templates for Literature Notes inside the community if you click here.
(And if you don't know what are "Literature Notes" and why it matters in your note-taking and learning process, click here to learn more about that & the Zettlekasten Method)
Anyway, new ressources and content are coming soon.
I'm planning to revive my YouTube Channel & start publishing raw videos there. I realized I was falling into "Perfectionist Syndrom" with YouTube.
Because I do YouTube all day for clients, I have very high standards about how YouTube videos should be done for optimal reach, watchtime, CTR & stuff. But I realized that my goal at the moment isn't to create "perfect" videos but just to get my name out there and provide value to the people who see it.
I could have published all of the Looms I have created in the Kortex Community on YouTube and it could have already bring me new subscribers and views for the channel.
Anyway, expect new videos coming soon, especially now that I've found some cool AI tools that can make the process smoother and improve the quality.

Freelance Work
In parallel with the Ark, I'm still working as a YouTube strategist & scriptwriter.
We are currently ongoing some very cool changes as we are going to create a coaching program for people who can't afford the DFY services. We already signed our first client on this offer with our existing network.
Now we still have all the product to build lol so a lot of work is needed. I started waking up at 6 am now because I realized I just need more time in the morning to be able to work both on the Ark & the Agency effectively.
In parallel I was working on a client's funnel & copywriting, and while doing that I tried a lot of things with AI these past 10 days.
And guys, the new Claude Sonnet model by Anthropic is scary. It can write like me, better than me. Of course, you need to feed him and tweak some things, but with the right prompting you can manage to have a very good piece of content 100% written by AI and you won't recognize it.
This made me think deeply about AI, the future of the Creator Economy, and what it even means to be a creator.
On one hand, creating content as a creator isn't just a mean, but the end in itself. Delegating everything to an AI would mean losing the fulfillment and meaning of writing and sharing a part of yourself with your audience.
At the same time, if you wanna keep up with the rigorous consistency social media algorithms ask from you to grow, doing everything yourself quickly becomes exhausting. And sometimes, while playing the game of the algorithm for growth, you end up creating content that doesn't even feel like you anymore.
Of course, the answer is not binary here.
The question isn't whether you delegate all of your writing to an AI or if you never do it. The question is, how you can create a system that can leverage your mind and your personal writing so you 10x your output with the same amount of work, without losing your voice, branding & content quality in the process.
It may be the subject of the next newsletter as I've really fallen into the rabbit hole and developed a whole new philosophy and worldview around AI in general and started developing new systems for myself.
Personal Goals
On the 14th of October, I shared with y'all my personal goal to stop smoking during the first episode of the Ark Digest.
7 days later, I shared how I failed to reach this goal in the second episode.
Today, on the 12th of November, I can proudly say that I've definitely stopped smoking for 16 days. And contrary to all the times I stopped in the past, this time I know it's the one. I know I won't ever smoke again and that this awful addiction is behind me.
How do I know?
Well first, let me thank Lou & Mishelle, two Ark Members, who advised me to read the book "The Easy Way To Stop Smoking" by Allen Carr.
This book is an absolute masterclass in psychology, I've never felt so called out in my entire life. It rewired all of the limiting beliefs that were keeping me unconsciously addicted even after I stopped smoking.
If you also are facing a nicotine addiction, I can't even stress how much you need to buy this book right now and start reading it. No pressure, the book even tells you to keep smoking while you are reading it.
The thing is, the book is so well written that you will naturally stop by following his instructions.
And you won't experience awful withdrawal symptoms.
This was the craziest thing for me. I have stopped cigarettes multiple times (I was a 6-month on, 6-month off kind of smoker), and each time I stopped I had awful withdrawal symptoms for a whole week.
And this time? None.
I felt the nicotine itching in my brain sometimes but absolutely no desire to smoke at all. I was even happy to feel this as it meant I was detoxing my whole body from this hellish molecule.
So how do I know that I won't ever smoke?
Because I have no longer any FOMO regarding smoking. I don't feel like I'm sacrificing something by not smoking. I know all the brainwashing and limiting beliefs that were keeping me addicted have been removed.
Anyway, I'm very proud to have won this internal battle and grateful to Lou & Mishelle for recommending this book to me as this was one (if not the most) important personal battle I faced these past years.
I truly believe that you can't truly change and reach a new place in your life if you keep having addictions that keep you grounded and prevent you from elevating to higher states.
If you have any addiction that you KNOW you need to get rid of, please make it a priority. It will be the most rewarding and freeing experience in your life.
This Week Focus :
Building new habits & routine in the new location I'm in
Sending one to two newsletter for Noah's Ark
Agency work : Funnel Building & Write all of Next Month Video Script for a client
This Week Goals :
Waking up at 6am every day
Writing every day
Minimum 5 hours clocked on Toggl per day
💭 Last Week Thoughts
If AI can write like you better than you. Then writing ALL of your own content doesn't matter anymore. What matter is that you experiment life, develop your philosophy and skills, and get better insight, wisdom and strategy. AI then allow you to leverage your mindset and unique philosophy by freeing you from some of the executing work, allowing you to fully focus on strategizing, thinking and building better solutions for your clients.
Videogames are disguised life tutorials. And like in every game you gotta stop the tutorial one day to enter the main game.
The only hard thing in life is not drifting from your purpose. When there is no distraction in your life, succeeding is easy.
You need to rewire yourself until discipline becomes your path of least resistance.
So grateful for life I feel like I have plot armor.

Been mainly reading some mangas and keeping up with the current anime season. The last Bleach episodes are filling me with joy as I've been a huge fan since young. DanDaDan keeps blowing my mind with its amazing animation, colorful designs and its weirdly funny story lmao.

Still reading some manga & webtoons at the same time like
Berserk
Sakamoto Days
Chainsaw Man (The most unpredictable piece of fiction ever, feels like reading a fever dream)
Blue Lock
And a lot of other ones, I just realized I'm reading too much ongoing publications by writing the list down lmao
Art :
I fell into the AI Art rabbit hole recently. I've discovered HolyFool36 on Instagram who makes Reels combining Midjourney Dark Fantasy Art with custom Lore that he writes by himself. It results in a very interesting vibe and it was what sparked my reflection about Creativity and what it meant to be a creator in a world with AI. Anyway, HolyFool36 is a great example of how someone can create something unique by using AI.
Note of the Week
✍️ Quote of the Week
“A simple way to unlock the best version of yourself is to design your environment so that the desired behavior is the path of least resistance.

Thanks for reading this third episode of the Ark Digest™️.
It feels good to be back writing for the Ark after 2 weeks of absence. Staying consistent is hard, especially when you are juggling between two businesses, but I'm working on stepping up my game so it doesn't happen again.
I have a lot of cool ideas for the next newsletter as well as some cool resources about Kortex for y'all coming up, can't wait to share everything!
If you have any feedback, suggestions or just want to share your opinion on this format, feel free to answer this email :)
Welcome back to the Ark,
Noah.
